Growing up in New Zealand with a love for the water and sailing, our founder Rob Perrin moved to Lake Arrowhead to bask in the great beauty of this manmade lake. After years of construction experience with homes and remodeling, Rob found an opportunity to improve the docks that lived along the shorelines of this beautiful lake community. With a desire to improve the quality of docks and build a better system that lasted longer, Kiwi Docks was eventually born.
Over 28 years later, Kiwi Docks has continuously improved the quality of the initial Kiwi Dock designs and has improved the construction process for every unique project.
The Kiwi Docks Experience

We’ll visit the dock site to assess the space requirements and existing condition of the dock, pier, or seawall. From there, we take it to the drawing board to maximize the space within your lake rights.
With your vision and the information from our assessment, we create a custom design through image rendering that meets your vision and works within your budget.
Every project permit must be submitted for review by the ALA, but we take care of the process for you and coordinate communication.
Once the project design is approved or revised by the ALA, we execute the designs and deliver to you a quality product that’s made to last.
